$40,000 Base Uncapped Commission
The HVAC Comfort Advisor is the face of our brand — a trusted expert who meets homeowners and business owners where they are, diagnoses their comfort challenges, and presents solutions that genuinely improve their lives. This is not a transactional sales role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position where your expertise, empathy, and integrity will drive your success. You will run pre-set appointments generated by our in-house marketing engine, conduct thorough home comfort assessments, and close premium HVAC system sales. WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct in-home and on-site comfort consultations for residential and light commercial customers
- Perform whole-home load calculations and system assessments to recommend right-sized equipment
- Present customized HVAC solutions, including equipment upgrades, indoor air quality products, and maintenance agreements
- Guide customers through financing options with confidence and transparency
- Follow up with unsold leads and past customers to nurture long-term relationships
- Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Service Titan or similar) for every appointment and interaction
- Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and referral partner meetings
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements
- 2 years of in-home or B2C sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to close $10K transactions
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
PREFERRED
- HVAC industry or home services background
- Experience with Service Titan, Salesforce, or CRM
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
- Knowledge of Carrier, Lennox, Trane, or Daikin product lines
- NATE certification or HVAC technical training
- Experience in presenting financing options
