We’re looking for strong leaders who know the trades and understand what it takes to run a successful service operation — from leading and developing field teams to driving revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven leadership experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, gas, or a related mechanical trade
• Experience managing technicians, field operations, service and/or installation teams
• Strong understanding of budgets, KPIs, job costing, productivity, and profitability
• Ability to speak confidently about the financial performance of their location, including P&L, revenue, margins, budgeting, and profitability
• Ability to recruit, develop, coach, and hold teams accountable
• A track record of improving operations and growing a business
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
