HVAC Install Technician

Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and start up residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Test, troubleshoot, and ensure proper system operation through calibration and performance checks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while representing Century Heating & A/C with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred; light commercial experience is a plus).
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and industry standards.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime and weekend work during peak seasons
