- Oversee corporate accounting activities, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
- Monitor financial results, analyze variances, and provide insights to support management decision making.
- Lead and develop accounting team members across multiple locations while ensuring consistent execution of responsibilities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax professionals, and internal stakeholders to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects related to growth, acquisitions, and operational efficiency.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced education.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification.
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Prior experience working within public company environments and supporting regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
