Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year.

• Support financial planning activities by developing forecasts budgets and performance projections.

• Prepare executive level reports that summarize financial results operational metrics and business trends.

• Lead revenue and expense forecasting efforts while monitoring overall financial performance.

• Partner with accounting sales operations and purchasing teams to evaluate results and investigate variances.

• Identify opportunities to improve profitability operational efficiency and financial decision making.

• A Bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related field.

• Bring progressive experience in financial planning analysis budgeting or forecasting functions.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial statements performance metrics and reporting processes.

• Possess advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large amounts of financial data.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions and leadership levels.

• Analyze financial and operational trends to provide actionable business insights.

• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and reporting deadlines.

• Build collaborative relationships with cross functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

• Develop presentations and reporting packages that clearly communicate financial performance.

• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking problem solving skills and a results driven approach.
