- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business performance and strategic objectives.
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses that provide insight into operational and financial results.
- Monitor key performance indicators, profitability trends, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to support financial reporting, close processes, and cost analysis initiatives.
- Evaluate product, customer, and business unit performance while providing recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Previous experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, performance measurement, and business planning processes.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, reconcile financial information, and support decision making with meaningful insights.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop financial models and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership teams.
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing, inventory, costing, or operational finance environments.
