- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple business entities.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
- Support audits, tax compliance projects, and inventory reviews.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements along with supporting schedules and disclosures.
- Manage special initiatives such as ERP upgrades and system implementations.
- At least 7 years of experience in cost and financial accounting within manufacturing or defense-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles; familiarity with FAR regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for working across teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- In-depth understanding of technical accounting standards, including revenue recognition and lease accounting.
- Ability to manage foreign currency transactions and intercompany reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under deadlines.
