- Manage finance operations by overseeing vendor payments, grant administration, payroll related activities, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and supporting analyses to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and balance sheet activity while supporting financial decision making and risk management.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to support organizational growth and efficiency.
- 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or a related field.
- Strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance.
- Previous experience overseeing financial reporting, compliance activities, audits, and external financial partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently within a fast paced and evolving environment.
- Prior experience with financial systems, technology platforms, and process automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and relationship driven approach.
