- Oversee investment operations activities, including transaction processing, cash movements, and investment accounting support.
- Manage deal funding activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely transaction execution.
- Monitor cash balances, liquidity needs, and foreign currency activities to support operational requirements.
- Develop and enhance operational processes, reporting tools, performance metrics, and risk management procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and train team members while supporting cross functional initiatives and process improvement projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- 9 years of experience within investment operations, investment accounting, asset management, or financial services environments.
- Strong knowledge of alternative investments, complex entity structures, and investment related transactions.
- Previous experience working with investment accounting systems, financial databases, and advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
- Proven ability to manage operational processes, support transaction activity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- A professional accounting certification.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assess risks and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Prior experience with reporting, automation, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
- Self motivated leadership style with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
