- Drive process improvements and implement automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deep understanding of accounts payable operations and financial compliance standards.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management and internal collaboration.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; CPA certification is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in accounts payable or finance, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale AP functions within complex organizations.
- Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory requirements for financial reporting.
- Experience implementing technology solutions or automation tools to streamline AP operations.
