What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welt /Brass Nailer position at Century Furniture?
Position Summary:
Position is responsible for applying welt to furniture with glue reel and mallet and brass nail with/without nail gun
Position Details:
- Uses/reads routing sheet to determine product needs
- Measures, cuts and applies welt to furniture
- Uses glue reel, staples and mallet to complete application
- Ensures quality work before moving product to next production step
- Observes safety rules
- Completes other duties as directed by Supervisor
Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous welting experience a plus
- Must be able to read and write
