Established General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead public sector construction projects throughout South Florida, including municipal, educational, and government facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and inspectors
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and change management
- Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with public agency requirements and contract documents
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience (public sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hard bid projects and government contracts
- Experience managing subcontractors and project budgets
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Excel preferred
- Familiarity with South Florida public agencies a plus
