Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Looking for a great entry level HR opportunity with a growing company? The People Department (HR) at Centurion Industries, Inc. is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the corporate HR team located in Garrett, Indiana.

Responsibilities:

• Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and assist in open enrollment.
• Assist in coordinating the recruitment process including posting job openings, and administrating the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support the Onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records.

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
