Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Centurion Industries, Inc. is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide friendly, responsive customer service and administrative support to employees and the corporate HR team located in Garrett, IN.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a helpful first point of contact for employees by answering questions, directing them to the right resources, and providing timely follow-up.
- Assist employees with navigating the employee portal, including basic troubleshooting, login support, and guidance on where to find information.
- Perform clerical duties related to employee leave, including organizing paperwork, updating records, tracking information, and supporting timely communication.
- Prepare and distribute employee communications, including announcements, reminders, updates, and newsletter content.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team while promoting a positive, service-focused employee experience.
A Qualified Candidate Needs:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong customer service mindset with a desire to help employees and provide a positive experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort learning and using HR systems, employee portals, and other technology tools

- This is an in-office role with offices located in Garrett, IN.
- Attendance – Must be available when scheduled for work
