Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Charge RN to lead our Trauma Ortho/Neuro Medical-Surgical Unit in Bradenton, FL. This permanent, full-time position offers rotating 12-hour day and night shifts and requires strong clinical leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage staff in a high-acuity setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Ortho/Neuro Med Surg unit during assigned shifts.
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with hospital policies and best practices.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Minimum Requirements Certifications:

• Licensure: Current and valid RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience is required.
• MUST HAVE 1 year of RN CHARGE experience preferability in the hospital setting.
• BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)—required
