Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Ortho/Neuro Med Surg unit during assigned shifts.
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with hospital policies and best practices.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate issues as needed.
- Support interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Licensure: Current and valid RN license in the state of Florida.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience is required.
- MUST HAVE 1 year of RN CHARGE experience preferability in the hospital setting.
- BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)—required
