Pay Rate: $28 - $34 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available: 8-hour shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  
  

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our PRN staffing pool in Norwalk, CT. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with medical and nursing plans of care and established policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and responses to treatments
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician promptly
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Connecticut
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed (including weekends/holidays)
