Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This is a PRN (as-needed) position, providing flexible shifts for qualified candidates. CNAs will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort and well-being, and provide general support under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene support to patients (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting).
• Assist with mobility, including transferring patients and providing assistance with walking.
• Take and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rate).
• Assist with feeding and nutrition support as needed.
• Report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or mental health to the nursing staff.
• Observe and document patient condition, behaviors, and responses to treatments.
• Help maintain patient rooms by keeping them clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols in all care procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and team members
• Ability to lift and transfer patients (assistance available when needed)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly
• Must be able to work flexible hours (day, evenings and nights)
