Role Overview
We are looking for a Part-Time Account Executive with strong content writing and copywriting skills.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on managing content calendars, editing articles, and improving the quality of client communications.
As performance is demonstrated, the role will expand into client account management, with the intention to transition into a full-time W2 position.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Copywriting (Primary Focus)
- Create, manage, and optimize content calendars for multiple client accounts
- Write, edit, and proofread articles, social content, web content, and email content
- Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across platforms
- Support creation of presentations, marketing collateral, and campaign materials
- Coordinate with internal design and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
Client Coordination (Upon W2 Conversion)
- Support account managers in day-to-day client communication
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and campaign performance
- Attend client meetings and prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions
- Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal execution teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in content writing, copywriting, and editorial work
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
- Familiarity with content calendars, social platforms, SEO basics, and brand guidelines
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Prior agency or marketing experience is a plus
