Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
Requirements
- Must have a current Home Health Aide Certification in Oklahoma.
- Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or related fields is preferred.
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to established systems for client care.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting or moving clients when necessary.
