The Corporate Services Domain Architect is the senior technology leader responsible for shaping and governing architecture across Human Resources and Finance. This role translates HR and Finance strategies into executable architecture outcomes that deliver in year cost savings, drive year over year simplification, and establish integrated target state architectures for the Hire to Retire and Record to Report value streams in a regulated healthcare environment.
The architect ensures enterprise platforms are consistently leveraged, portfolios are intentionally simplified, and architectural decisions strengthen compliance, operational efficiency, and cost discipline.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with HR and Finance leaders to define target operating models and capability roadmaps.
- Lead target state architecture for Hire to Retire and Record to Report value streams.
- Provide architectural leadership for major HR and Finance initiatives and investment proposals.
- Drive platform alignment across Workday, ServiceNow HR, Oracle EPM, FCCS, Blackline, Vertex, and related systems.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, security, privacy, and internal control requirements.
- Identify consolidation, rationalization, and retirement opportunities across HR and Finance portfolios.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Enterprise Architecture to quantify and realize savings.
- Represent HR and Finance architecture in enterprise governance and investment review forums.
- Promote platform reuse, automation, and cost disciplined decision making.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 12 years in enterprise, domain, or solution architecture supporting HR and Finance
- Deep experience with Workday, ServiceNow HR, Oracle EPM, FCCS, Blackline, Vertex, and adjacent ecosystems
- Proven track record delivering simplification and cost reduction outcomes
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and influence skills
