In this role, you will:
- Strategic Project & Portfolio Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects in alignment with defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
- Provide visibility to leadership on project portfolio status, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies
- Advise senior leaders and business executives on prioritization and strategic alignment of initiatives
- Ensure project governance standards and reporting frameworks are consistently applied
- Problem Solving & Business Impact
- Solve complex problems with broad functional and enterprise impact
- Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and opportunities for optimization
- Balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate collaboration across key stakeholders, global functional teams, partnerships, and markets
- Influence and advocate for initiatives to drive alignment and execution
- Navigate competing priorities while maintaining stakeholder engagement
- Change Leadership
- Lead and support organizational change efforts related to project initiatives
- Coach teams and stakeholders through change adoption
- Encourage thoughtful dialogue, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving
- Process & Standards
- Alignment Leverage established policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent delivery practices
- Promote scalable, repeatable project management methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery effectiveness
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s or PMP preferred)
- 7 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated experience advising senior leadership on portfolio and resource planning
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex business challenges
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience leading global or multi-market initiatives preferred
