In this role, you will: 

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and instill confidence in executive stakeholders.
• Proven consultative mindset with the ability to engage clients, understand business drivers, and deliver tailored Microsoft-based solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in solution selling and hunting new business opportunities, including identifying whitespace accounts, initiating executive conversations, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Ability to independently generate a pipeline through relationship-building, networking, industry engagement, and strategic outreach.
• Skilled at shaping and leading proposals, RFP responses, and persuasive executive presentations that clearly articulate business value and ROI.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with the ability to deepen existing accounts while proactively pursuing net-new opportunities.
• Experience collaborating across internal operating groups to bring the right expertise to the table when crafting differentiated Microsoft solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for C-level audiences.
• Analytical problem-solver with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset and strong commercial acumen.
• Comfortable operating in cross-functional, diverse, and geographically distributed teams.
• Passionate about staying ahead of Microsoft ecosystem innovations, cloud advancements, AI capabilities, and emerging enterprise technologies.

Who You Are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise technology strategy.
• Experience within a mid-to-large management consulting firm preferred.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with cloud transformation, AI/ML initiatives, automation, and data modernization programs.
• Strong background in solution selling, pre-sales engagement, and executive-level presentations.
• Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform, or related) are highly preferred.
