Job Description:
- We are looking for a Program Director – QCC & E2E Testing to lead large-scale Quality Engineering, Compliance & Controls, and End-to-End Testing programs across enterprise transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
- Deep understanding of Quality Engineering, E2E Testing, Test Governance, and Controls
- Strong experience with Agile / SAFe delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation strategies
- Prior experience in P&C Insurance and Guidewire is mandatory
- Experience managing large global testing programs and multi-vendor environments
- Expertise in release management, test strategy, compliance, and executive stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QCC & E2E testing strategy, governance, and delivery
- Drive release readiness, risk management, and production sign-offs
- Manage cross-functional teams across onsite/offshore models
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Release, and Compliance teams to ensure high-quality delivery
