Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead large-scale Quality, Compliance & Controls (QCC) and End-to-End (E2E) Testing programs. This role will drive testing strategy, governance, and execution across complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and risk-free releases.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of QCC & E2E Testing programs across releases
- Define testing strategy, governance model, and roadmap
- Drive release readiness, go-live sign-offs, and risk assessments
- Provide executive reporting on quality metrics, risks, and dependencies
Quality, Compliance & Controls (QCC)
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements
- Establish governance, traceability, and audit readiness
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams for continuous improvement
End-to-End Testing Excellence
- Lead complex E2E testing across integrated systems and data flows
- Ensure environment, test data, and dependency readiness
- Oversee all testing phases: Functional, Integration, UAT, ORT, Performance, Regression
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
- Manage multi-vendor testing ecosystems
Agile / SAFe & Release Management
- Enable testing within Agile/SAFe frameworks (PI Planning, ART coordination)
- Drive shift-left, automation-first, and continuous testing practices
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Release teams
People & Financial Management
- Lead global teams (onsite/offshore models)
- Manage staffing, capacity planning, and vendor alignment
- Oversee budgets, utilization, and program financials
Preferred Skills
- Experience in regulated industries (Banking / Financial Services preferred)
