- Action Planning: Change impact action plans, execution roadmap.
- Metrics & Reporting: KPI tracking, adoption metrics, progress reporting.
- Finance Transformation: Change within finance projects, processes, systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Feedback loops, strategy optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments across functions, geographies, and business units.
- Analyze impact on people, processes, and technology for finance initiatives.
- Develop and execute change impact action plans with timelines and mitigation steps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, challenges, and adoption barriers.
- Support communication strategy and content development for change initiatives.
- Partner with training teams to ensure user readiness and capability building.
- Monitor implementation progress and adoption metrics.
