- Identify and document change impacts of Finance projects and initiatives on various functions, countries, LOB s, departments and processes.
- Analyze the scope and nature of change impacts to conduct thorough assessment of the proposed change s effect on people, process and technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives on potential challenges and opportunities, aligning expectations to ensure successful adoption.
- Regularly review and analyze change impacts with stakeholders to support informed decisions and continuously improve change management strategies.
- Identify impacts early to uncover and disposition risks through mitigation planning.
- Develop comprehensive strategies and action plans to address identified change impacts, mitigate risks and reduce business disruption.
- Outline specific steps, timelines, and resources required to mitigate negative impacts and enhance positive outcomes.
- Ensure action plans are aligned with overall project goals, objectives and timelines.
- Address specific needs and concerns to increase adoption and proficiency in new processes/systems.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Provide input on communication materials, including newsletters, emails, presentations and more.
- Collaborate on content and activities for change network, ensuring members are well-supported and equipped to manage identified change impacts.
- Work with training team to include context and relevant information that ensures necessary skills and knowledge are acquired to mitigate risk identified through change impact assessment.
- Provide ongoing support and input on communications and training to help users adapt to new processes and systems.
- Track the implementation of change initiatives and action plans.
- Measure the effectiveness of change management efforts using key metrics and feedback.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and project teams.
- Regularly review and analyze change impacts to support informed decisions and continuously improve change management strategies.
