Project Manager, Change Enablement

The Manager, Project Management manages, executes, and supports the Apartment Communities Division’s initiatives, with a primary focus on successful project deliverable management and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of workstreams for assigned projects, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments.
• Lead the creation of project plans and deliverables through consultation and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Own project timelines and manage Smartsheet administration.
• Identify opportunities and make recommendations for process improvement, and regularly update the team playbook.
• Track the progress of change management activities and present status updates on project milestones to leadership for ongoing analysis and improvement.
• Regularly seek out opportunities to learn about the business and identify ways to better support our partners and improve business results.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Smartsheet is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

• 5 years

Additional Requirements:

• Project Management Professional Certification preferred
• Occasional travel (10%); may visit various property locations.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $101,000.00 - $130,900.00

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
