Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Clerk located in Hanford, CA. The Human Resources Clerk (bilingual in Spanish preferred) will be responsible for assisting with daily HR operations, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), supporting benefits administration, and assisting with employee training. Additional responsibilities include task support related to recruitment, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures, including HR management.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration.
- Skills in conducting training sessions and supporting employee development.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and record-keeping skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and management.
- Association with industry compliance and knowledge of employment laws is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous HR experience in a manufacturing or agricultural setting is beneficial.
