- Must have a Valid California Driver's License. ATTACH a DMV Printout (no older than 90 days) and the last page must show *END* on the report. The online report will be accepted as long it is printed from the web browser, clicking the 'print' button displayed on the Driver History Report page (The Driver History Report page cannot be accepted, you MUST click the print button and save as a PDF to attach); copy/paste, word, rich text, JPEG, etc. versions will not be accepted. - Must be “Highly Qualified” (NCLB Compliant). The law defines “Highly Qualified” as having a high school diploma or equivalent, AND one of the following (ATTACH one of the following):
- 2 years of study equal to 48 units (unofficial transcripts, or
- AA Degree or higher, or

Spanish Test Information: Must pass the Spanish Exam (70%)
