Requirements / Qualifications

LICENSURE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Valid California School Nurse Services Credential or eligibility to be granted a credential authorizing services
  2. Vallid California Registered Nurse License.
  3. Valid CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency
  4. Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) from a program such as American Red Cross or American Heart Adult/Child CPR (must have hands on manikin practice).
  5. Resume
  6. Three(3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application
    **Note: Cell phone photo copies of documents are not accepted. Documents must be scanned
LICENSURE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Valid California School Nurse Services Credential or eligibility to be granted a credential authorizing services. • Valid California Registered Nurse License. • Valid Audiometry Certification (or working towards receiving certification). • Valid CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency. • Valid California driver’s license; when driving for work, maintain automobile liability insurance in accordance with California Insurance Code section 11580.1 or maintain other statutorily authorized financial responsibility.
