POSITION: Assistant Campus Director
CAMPUS: Sapulpa Campus
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under the administrative direction of the Campus Director, assist in supervising instructors and instructional areas. Coordinate and oversee student activities, enforce Central Tech’s policies and procedures for both students and staff, and collaborate with the Campus Director to provide leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating instructional services for full-time programs.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Campus Director, Sapulpa Campus
SKILLS REQUIRED: Administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and files. Ability to work with instructors and students in a positive manner. Ability to project a high degree of professionalism. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with an excellent knowledge of Effective Teaching Criteria.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of three years’ teaching experience required. Experience as a principal or assistant principal or teaching experience in a Career Tech program preferred.
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to project and maintain a positive and professional image through participation in staff meetings, in-service education and selected professional growth meetings, trainings, and activities. Must uphold the policies and procedures of the Central Tech Board of Education. Must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma drivers’ license.
STARTING DATE: July 1, 2025
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month contract – Certified/Exempt
