Stroudsburg Learning Center Paraprofessional

Salary: Compensation based on skills and years of experienceCPDLF is in need of a Paraprofessional at our Stroudsburg, PA location to provide support for learners who drop in at our center for assistance and to provide learner specific support for IEP goals. This is an in person, part-time position. We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual who loves to learn and grow while providing support for others. Must be able to work well with people to carry out the mission and vision of CPDLF. Experience working with families and children in grades K to 12 preferred. Must be highly organized and self-motivated, able to work in person and virtually. Compensation is based on skill set, experience, level of education, and/or certifications. The number of hours per week may vary depending on when the SLC is open for Learning Lab and the amount of hours are needed for IEP goal support.CPDLF is a 24/7 asynchronous K to 12 PA cyber school that serves learners and families across the state of PA. Learners have access to their learning platforms at all times and are encouraged to take ownership of their learning. Our main office is located in Altoona, PA and we have Drop In Learning Centers in the Altoona Logan Valley Mall and in Stroudsburg, PA.The CPDLF Team values developing strong, personable connections with each learner and their family.
