Central Peninsula Hospital is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to help lead a vital team dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and healing environment for our patients, staff, and community.
This essential leadership role offers:
• Critical Position Bonus — Choose between a $10,000 bonus for a one-year commitment or a $25,000 bonus for a two-year commitment

• Full-time daytime schedule — Sunday through Thursday, 6:00am–2:30pm
As part of the Environmental Services leadership team, you’ll help oversee staff training, support department operations, implement cleaning and safety procedures, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. This position plays a direct role in supporting patient care and the overall hospital experience.
We’re looking for candidates with:
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Healthcare Environmental Services experience
• Leadership experience in a healthcare environment
• A valid Alaska driver’s license
Qualified candidates may have:
• 5 years of Environmental Services experience in healthcare
OR
• 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience plus 2 years of Environmental Services experience in healthcare
