Brief Description

Licensed Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee

We’re seeking a dynamic, licensed mental health professional or clinical trainee to serve as an ACT Assistant Team Lead—a role designed for those who thrive in collaborative environments, value variety in their work, and are passionate about meeting people where they are.

Why This Role Stands Out

This isn’t a “back-to-back sessions” position. As an ACT Assistant Team Lead, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive, person-centered care—together. You’ll share responsibility for a diverse caseload, working alongside peers to provide flexible, responsive support that evolves with each individual’s needs.

What You’ll Experience

  • True Team-Based Care – Collaborate daily with clinicians, case managers, nurses, and specialists. No siloed work—just shared expertise and collective impact.
  • Variety in Your Day – From clinical leadership and field-based support to crisis response and care coordination, no two days are the same.
  • Community-Focused Work – Engage clients in real-world settings—their homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods—where meaningful change happens.
  • Leadership with Purpose – Guide and support your team while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Deeply Rewarding Impact – Build lasting relationships and witness progress in real time as individuals move toward recovery and independence.

  • Flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to person-centered care
  • Clear a DHS background study.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
