What are the responsibilities and job description for the A.C.T. Registered Nurse position at Central Kansas Mental Health Center?
CKMHC has an opening for a Registered Nurse in our Assertive Community Treatment team. This position would be responsible for going into the community to meet with patients to provide nursing care. They also would communicate with the treatment team, other agencies as needed, and patients family members to ensure continuity of care. The ideal candidate must be confident in their nursing skills, be able to build rapport within the community, quickly and successfully assess a situation and provide the appropriate care.
