Inventory Clerk

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working Inventory Clerk to join our team. They will have prior experience in the warehouse environment and excellent math skills for balancing records.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Check inmaterialshells received and putthem away in an organizedmanner,label shelves.

• Use ProductionPlan spreadsheet to pullmaterialshells for production.

• Pullmaterialshells for STO’S.

• Cycle counts.

• Keepthe receivingareaneat andorganized.

• Put away surplus or unused production shells.

• Annual full-cycleInventorycountsupport.

• Supports other production and warehouse functions as needed.

Required Skills:

• Prior inventory experience required.

• Proficient in basic math; counting and basic math equations.

• Strong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills; interaction with a variety of skill and experience levels within the organization.

• Comfortable looking up information in variousdatabases(training provided).Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel).

• Must be solutions oriented and flexible in approach.

• Ability to complete tasks accurately as assigned with a sense of urgency.

• Prior forklift operator experience preferred;Must be willing to be trained and certified to operate a forklift

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, stand and walk for at least 3 hourscontinually, over an8-hour shift, with2–15-minutebreaks.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Training Provided:

• Use of data bases – PLM, SAP, SharePoint

• Forklift Certification/Recertification

• Safety training
