Job Responsibilities
• Scan and organize documents accurately and efficiently
• Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are properly stored
• Retrieve and distribute files as needed by departments
• Keep work areas organized and confidential information secure
• Assist with general office support as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Basic computer and scanning skills
