As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with our Operations Leader to keep things running smoothly across the team. From coordinating schedules and onboarding new providers to supporting day-to-day operations, no two days will look the same—and that’s exactly how you like it.

This is a hybrid role, so you’ll need a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to stay productive. Occasional local travel within Central Florida may be required for meetings, hospital visits, and team support.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Keep patient care operations running smoothly through coordination and support
• Manage provider scheduling and onboarding with efficiency and attention to detail
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and keep things moving
• Coordinate meetings, events, and team initiatives
• Support quality improvement efforts and operational projects
• Assist with credentialing and ensure compliance processes stay on track
• Manage supplies and support day-to-day operational needs
• Create and share social media content
• Jump in wherever needed—this is a role for someone who embraces variety and ownership

✅ What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required
• 1 year of medical office and/or administrative experience
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication
• Comfortable with medical terminology and technology
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer and data entry skills
• A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
• Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with change
• Problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset

💰 Pay Range

$16.50–$18/hour, based on experience and skillset
