Empreus Group Inc. is a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, partnering with some of the largest builders across Central Florida, Sarasota, and Jacksonville.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our office are efficient, organized, and well managed.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate daily & weekly schedules with clients and supervisors
Manage operational systems and internal tools
Process EPOs, POs, invoices, and payment tracking
Support communication between field teams and administration
Provide overall operational and administrative support
What we’re looking for:
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
2 years of operations experience (construction or service industry preferred)
Strong organizational & analytical skills
Experience with invoicing, payments, or financial tracking
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong technology skills, including good management and use of AI tools
