Position Overview:
The Central Falls School District seeks an experienced and mission-driven Assistant Director of Operations & School Safety to lead and manage districtwide facilities operations, transportation services, food services, custodial services, safety systems, and building automation systems. This leader will ensure that all buildings, grounds, and equipment support safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environments so that the District can carry out strategies in pursuit of our five-year strategic plan goals and objectives. The Assistant Director will co-lead and support in collaboration with the District’s Director of Operations and School Safety.
The Assistant Director oversees preventive maintenance, capital projects, custodial services, transportation, emergency planning, and energy management. This role also leads the development of long-term facilities planning, operational policies, compliance systems, and safety protocols to support student learning and staff well-being. This position will require an interview.
