We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and newly licensed or early-career Acupuncturist (Level 1) to join our growing holistic wellness clinic. This position is ideal for a practitioner looking to build a robust patient base within a supportive, collaborative environment. As a Level 1 Acupuncturist, you will focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care while receiving mentorship, administrative backing, and opportunities to refine your clinical skills.
Core ResponsibilitiesPatient Assessment & Treatment
- Clinical Consultations: Conduct comprehensive initial intakes, including reviewing medical histories, evaluating patient symptoms, and performing traditional diagnostic methods (such as tongue and pulse diagnosis).
- Treatment Planning: Develop and execute safe, effective, and individualized treatment plans to address patient goals, such as pain management, stress reduction, digestive health, or chronic conditions.
- Acupuncture Administration: Safely administer acupuncture treatments using clean needle techniques (CNT).
- Complementary Modalities: Incorporate secondary modalities within your scope of practice as appropriate, including cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, and basic dietary or lifestyle recommendations.
Documentation & Collaboration
- SOAP Notes & Records: Maintain timely, accurate, and highly detailed electronic health records (EHR) for every patient visit, ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards.
- Team Integration: Collaborate with front desk staff, back office assistants, and other practitioners (such as senior acupuncturists or massage therapists) to ensure a seamless patient experience and continuity of care.
Community & Practice Growth
- Patient Retention: Educate patients on the benefits of cumulative care, establishing clear follow-up schedules to support their long-term wellness journeys.
- Clinic Representation: Participate in clinic marketing initiatives, community outreach, or educational workshops to help build your caseload and promote the practice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from an ACAHM-accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice acupuncture in the state.
- Certification: Board certification from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and current Clean Needle Technique (CNT) certification.
- Experience: 0–2 years of clinical experience (passionate recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Skills: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within a clinical team framework.
- Basic proficiency with clinic management and EHR software.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
