Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluation of students with motor or sensory needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills and overall functionality.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and strategies for continued improvement.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide training and support for adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance patient independence.
- Stay current with best practices, advancements in physical therapy, and relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as an Physical Therapist.
- Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and team members.
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry trends.
Hours:
Elementary: 8:35 AM- 4:05 PM
Secondary: 7:20 AM - 2:50 PM
Salary : $61,439 - $94,915
