Duties:
Assist with mowing, trimming, seeding, landscaping, planting, watering, and snow removal
Operate grounds equipment i.e., tractors, mowers, spreaders, push mowers snow blowers
Assist with event set-ups on campus/athletic grounds and in campus facilities
Assist with deliveries, office and furniture moves and resident housing bed bunking
Assist FM technicians with projects
Clean shops, mechanical rooms, wash and clean fleet vehicles
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Meets the requirements to operate college owned vehicles
Able to lift 25-75 pounds
Be able or be trained to operate a variety of outdoor equipment
Able to work outside in the elements
Dependable and motivated with the ability to work independently or with others as a team
Possess good decision-making skills
Take responsibility for working safely
Possess good time management skills
