What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Treatment Coordinator position at Central Coast Dentist?
We are a successful dental practice dedicated to providing the very best in patient care, located in Arroyo Grande. Currently we are looking for our newest addition to our dental family and will be adding a full time Treatment Plan Coordinator. We need someone who is positive, upbeat and makes every patient feel appreciated and welcomed. This position is more than a job, this is a career and we hire individuals as long term team members. Must have experience working in a dental office.
Daily tasks include:
Managing a Dental office
Explaining treatment plans to patients
Managing phones and schedule
Checking patients in and out
Providing impeccable service and assistance
Insurance verification, billing, inventory management
Reconciling daily collections
Tracking new patients, referrals and other important data to help in the overall success of the practice
Following protocols and procedures designed to increase efficiency and performance
