Duties & Responsibilities:
The MECHANIC duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operates, examines, analyzes malfunctions and repairs Mahindra tractors and Zero Turn mowers supported by dealership
- Dismantles and reassembles equipment using hoists and hand tools.
- Examines parts for damage or excessive wear.
- Repairs or replaces defective parts, such as transmissions, pumps, hydraulics, etc.
- Tests overhauled equipment to insure operating efficiency.
- Directs workers engaged in cleaning of parts and assisting with assembly and disassembly of equipment.
Education and Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturer's operations manuals and blue prints.
- Familiarity with tractor parts required.
- Positive attitude with a solid work ethic in high energy, goal driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Physical effort to move objects and tools that may weigh up to 75 pounds; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling
- A high level of dexterity
- Ability to drive motor vehicles
- Overtime may be available
