Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers promptly with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere for equipment drop-offs and pick-ups
- Accurately listen to customer concerns, document issues, and determine necessary repairs or maintenance services
- Write detailed service orders, including estimates for repairs.
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair requirements to ensure efficient workflow
- Upsell appropriate services by explaining benefits of recommended maintenance or repairs to enhance vehicle longevity and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or service management background is highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Demonstrated ability in upselling services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Experience in sales or dealership atmosphere is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Mechanical experience or mechanic background is advantageous for understanding technician needs and vehicle issues

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
