Duties & Responsibilities:
The SALESPERSON duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet Customers
- Help customers locate items, equipment, parts, etc.
- Check stock at other branches or locations.
- Provide customers with information about items, equipment, parts, etc.
- Ring up purchases/invoicing
- Elevate complaints to management
- Keep track of inventory
- Help with merchandising of equipment.
Education and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tractor and powersports required.
- Positive attitude with a solid work ethic in high energy, goal driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate knowledge of tractors to a wide variety of customers with many different needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
