We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to support our title processing department. If you have previous experience in automotive titling and are ready to work in a fast-paced auction environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
- Processing vehicle titles and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Verifying titles for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state regulations
- Communicating with dealers, banks, and customers regarding title issues or status
- Maintaining organized records and title inventory
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth transactions and timely processing
✅ Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Title Clerk is REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of Arkansas title laws and DMV regulations
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and office software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
