Schedule
Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare- Melrose
Four-day work week with flexibility to customize your clinical mix
Typically three days in clinic and one day in the Level IV Emergency Department
Additional ED shifts available for those interested; fewer ED shifts available based on provider preference
Call:
Weekday call approximately 1:4, providing backup coverage to APP overnight care
Weekend call includes primary hospitalist responsibilities such as admissions and rounding
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
