Summary
Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine in a close-knit rural community while enjoying exceptional autonomy and strong clinical support. This role offers the opportunity to provide outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and obstetric care (c-section) in a modern, integrated facility, supported by experienced nursing staff, 24/7 tele-hospitalist coverage, and a collaborative care model alongside two physicians and four APPs—allowing you to practice broadly while maintaining balance.
Schedule
Full-time | Onsite – CentraCare – Long Prairie, MN
Day shifts with call rotation
Call rotation shared across OB, ER backup, and hospital coverage
Call 1:5
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
Preferred:
- Interest and experience in full-spectrum rural medicine
- Comfort with obstetric care; C-section experience preferred
