What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician | Inpatient Pharmacy | St. Cloud Hospital position at Centra Care?
Pharmacy technicians at CentraCare support our pharmacists. You’ll be trained to help with computer work, inventory control, stocking, and much more. You’ll serve patients of all ages, from premature infants to the elderly.
Our pharmacy technicians are career pharmacy technicians, or they become a pharmacy technician as a steppingstone to other healthcare careers.
Schedule:
- Part-time | 48 hours per two weeks
- Days | Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6:30am-3pm every weekend
Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $18.56 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $17.71 - $26.54 per hour

Certified Pharmacy Tech starting pay begins at $20.85 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $19.91 - $29.87 per hour
- $2,000 hiring bonus for full-time or part-time position
- Baylor pay of additional 25% for hours worked.

Qualifications:
- Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience is preferred

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the primary work location and relocate within 30 miles of the primary work location.
